But seriously? Mitt Romney CAN act to repeal Obamacare. It’s a law. The Court upheld that the law was valid. But the law itself, it can be repealed. You don’t repeal Supreme Court rulings if you don’t like them, you simply GET RID OF THE LAW. In fact, it is in danger of begin repealed if Mitt Romney wins the presidency and enough Republicans win congressional seats.
It’s really important to understand that. ION’s horrifically legally incorrect joke aside, fucking go vote for Obama so that shit doesn’t happen.
