It’s odd how often Uptown Lounge or Gator Haters enters my mindspace. And current students know only stories, sad stuff.

Us slightly older timers will still wax nostalgic for the days when last call was 2:45am and the Georgia Theater had the “late night dance party” (excuse to make a last-second hookup/sober up) from 2am-4am.

Word.  If I remember correctly, the dance party and all the post-2:00am stuff was shut down after that guy was shot at The Fifth Quarter.
